Your Body is a portal into an ancient feminine magic

My body has taken me on an incredible journey, awakening an ancient magic that was always there, embedded in my bones, flowing through my veins, and wired into my DNA.

We tap into this ancient well of feminine magic in our Seidr training – and if you’ve experienced the power of this ancient source, you’ll know just how transformational it is.

For me, Seidr has become a gateway into deeper embodiment. It has helped me decode the metaphorical landscape held within my body – revealing sacred teachings through the four chambers of the heart, the flowing rivers of the coronary arteries, the Tree of Life, and the magical pathways of the central nervous system.

For the first time, I’m offering what I’ve discovered through a new advanced shamanic training – Shamanic Body Magic – which leads to a Diploma.

We’ll focus on two main areas – the heart and the CNS (central nervous system).

You’re welcome to journey through these modules purely for your own spiritual and personal development – or, if you feel called, you can complete the certification module at the end, so you receive a Diploma in Shamanic Body Magic, enabling you to guide clients on these magical journeys.

In this course I’ll be sharing how to…

  • Track the mythical landscape within your own body, such as the four chambers of the heart, your coronary arteries, and your central nervous system.

  • Discover how the way the blood flows through the four chambers of your heart follows the medicine found in Mother Earth’s seasons, and how this is also linked with how we journey through a Shamanic Soul Retrieval.

  • Connect with your ancestors by tuning into your coronary arteries, and how you can track the wounding and the medicine found here, through the rivers of blood found in the mythical landscape of your soul.

  • Release fears held in your meningeal sheaths, the protective layering around your CNS, and how these layers are linked with the Spirit Weavers from the Norse tradition, the three norns. Through releasing these deeply held fears you begin to awaken your inner witch-within-wood – your inner source of feminine magic.

  • Develop the structure and the nourishment you need from the feminine (using the power of Fire and Ice from the Norse Sagas), so you can embody your feminine magic and wisdom. You’ll also discover how this is linked with the feminine hormones of progesterone and oestrogen – how cool is that! That the body already holds these ancient clues, keys and gateways!

Module 1: Heart Wisdom

Your heart is a teacher of awakening

In this module, you’ll learn how to track the four chambers of the heart – both within yourself and in others – through the mythical landscape of the soul, in a very shamanic way.

While this work builds on the journey shared in Your Heart Knows How to Heal You, here we go far deeper. This is a sacred soul retrieval – an immersive, mythic journey into the four chambers of the heart, revealing layers of deep transformation, layers you can now journey into as you are already trained in shamanic energy medicine.

You’ll also learn how to track the heart’s support system – where the heart represents your human self – and the coronary arteries symbolise the blood flowing through your ancestral lineage. These rivers of blood hold the stories of your ancestral wounding and the healing medicine that longs to be remembered. Through this journey, you’ll discover how to cleanse and heal these rivers, so that the wisdom, magic, and medicine of your ancestors can flow freely once more, and in this way be able to deeply nourish and support you from within.

You’ll practise guiding others through both of these sacred journeys:
• The soul retrieval through the four heart chambers
• The ancestral healing journey through the Rivers of Blood

You’ll receive a detailed MAP for each of these journeys – so you can guide each other through these mythical landscapes.

Module 2: Your magical nervous system

Your CNS is A portal of ancient magic

In this module, you’ll deepen your practice of tracking the Tree of Life – this time exploring how it connects with two key expressions of the feminine: the structural feminine (the Queen of Ice, also linked with Progesterone, the one that creates the supporting structure for new life to form) and the nurturing feminine (the Queen of Fire, also linked with Oestrogen, then one that is the passion that ignited the magic of life). You’ll learn how to track how these two feminine forces live within you, and in others.

You’ll also learn how to track the meningeal sheets – the protective coverings of the central nervous system – and witness how they relate to the Three Spirit Weavers: the Norns, who are the weavers of the web of life. As you do, you’ll begin to see whether these protective layers have also been hiding, suppressing, or guarding your inner feminine magic – your witch-within-wood. You may be surprised by what you discover here….

You will both guide and be guided through two powerful shamanic journeys:
• One to awaken and strengthen your connection with the structural and nurturing feminine, allowing the ancient magic of the feminine to fully rise within you.
• Another into the core of your nervous system, releasing the old locks and protective layers that have veiled your inner Wise Woman – your inner ‘witch-within-wood’ – so she can finally RISE within you, and begin to weave your dreams, magic and visions into being.

You’ll receive the MAP for both these sacred journeys.

If you want to receive a Diploma in Shamanic Body Magic, so you can guide clients on these magical journeys, then you need to also attend the Certification Module.

Over four powerful days, you will practise and deepen your ability to guide these journeys with others – we practice one journey per day:

• Shamanic Soul Retrieval into Your Mystical Heart
Journey into the four chambers of the heart to move through a magical soul retrieval journey of healing, transformation and rebirth.

• Shamanic Journey of Ancestral Healing
Journey along the powerful rivers of ancestral blood to transform wounds into wisdom, so you can restore the flow of ancestral medicine, allowing you to be supported by your ancestors’ wisdom and ancient magic.

• Shamanic Journey to Strengthen Your Connection with the Feminine
Activating the structural and nurturing feminine within you – through the Queen of Ice and the Queen of Fire – so you can strengthen the structure of your inner cauldron, allowing your feminine magic to blossom.

• Shamanic Journey to Awaken Your Feminine Magic
Working with the Spirit Weavers of Time, you’ll begin to heal the deep fears of embodying your feminine magic – fears held in the protective layers of the central nervous system, the meningeal sheaths. This begins to unlock the power of the witch-within-wood, calling forth your inner Wise Woman.

To receive your Diploma, you’ll need to:

Having completed the Practitioner Training in Shamanic Energy Medicine run by Cissi or with one of her teachers who follow a similar curriculum.

Having read the book Your Heart Knows How to Heal You (you can read more about the book here).

Cissi Williams

Cissi trained in Osteopathy and Naturopathy in London (she qualified in 1997 with First Class Honours), in NLP and Hypnosis (she’s an NLP Trainer), and she’s done various shamanic trainings, such as from the Norse, Celtic and the Incas wisdom traditions, having studied with many different teachers, including from Four Winds Society, Spirit of the Incas, Glastonbury Goddess Temple, Q’ero wisdom keepers in Peru (Don Fransisco, Don Alejandro and Dona Maria), and she’s been inspired by many shamanic teachers such as Zindra Andersson, Linda Fitch, HeatherAsh Amara, Alberto Villoldo, Sandra Ingerman, Jane Burns, Evelyn Rysdyk and Asha Frost.

 

Her NLP teachers include John Grinder, Carmen Bostic St Clair, Michael Carrol, and David Shepherd, and she’s been deeply influenced by spiritual teachers such as Marianne Williamson, Neale Donald Walsch, Denise Linn, Louise Hay, Tosha Silver, Gregg Braden, Chameli Ardagh, Andrew Harvey, Caroline Myss, Meggan Watterson, and Norse Scholar Maria Kvilhaug.

    if you are doing all 3 modules, leading to a Diploma, then you also need to book a private mentoring session with someone from the Teacher Team, who will then support you in moving through the exercises of what has been taught on the day you missed. Each missed day equals 4 hours of missed supervised teaching, and you can book these 4-hour ‘catch-up’ sessions with one of the teachers (price is only £100 for a 4-hour slot).
